We used them for transfer to/from the international airport, and would use them again (as well as for private vehicle tours on Golden Circle & Southern Coast)! They are the most affordable service (I compared 4-5 private tours by vehicle, and this was the best price), and our driver Ali went above and beyond in his service and friendliness on our drive to the airport. I had a 6 month old with me, and he helped me set up the car seat and make sure we were all very comfortable (including my elderly parents).
The company also accommodated my last minute request to upgrade the vehicle to larger size as well as change the pickup time via WhatsApp.
Highly recommend this company for airport transfers as well as private vehicle tours for day trips outside of Reykjavik.

Absolutely the least friendly taxi driver I have had. Didn’t do the luggage himself , asked for help. Dropped us off without telling us which building was our hotel (couldn’t approach the hotel because of street configuration), until we asked. Asked for the name of the hotel in a surly way (to confirm where we were going), and wouldn’t go anywhere until we found it, even though he had our name AND our hotel from the agency. Just not a happy camper and it showed. All this for $200! Never again.

Verified Pick up at the airport was great. The driver kept in touch with me upon arrival. My husband left his cell phone in the car after dropping us off & brought it back to us. Pick up at the hotel to go back to the airport was also great. The driver was early & very knowledgeable about the questions we had on the way to our flight.

Verified The driver that picked us up this morning at Hotel Reykjavik Saga was 15 minutes early!! Guess I didn’t have to worry. The pickup time was 4:15 a.m but he arrived at 4:00 and we were in the lobby already so the timing was perfect.

I can't say enough about Viator and the ship to airport experience! It was our first trip to Iceland and our first cruise. We were very worried about getting to the airport on time for our early flight, and our driver (so sad I can't remember his name) was right there with a sign and right on time! It took such a lot of worry away from that part of the trip. He helped with our luggage and was a great driver. Unfortunately, I left my cellphone wallet in his car but between him and calls to the operator, I got it back without having a heart attack. I know it was very inconvenient for both of them, but they did it with such kindness and grace. The airport was crazy busy after the eclipse, and he still managed to be where I could see him. A genuinely good man. It would have been very difficult to replace everything in that cellphone wallet + the cellphone itself.

Verified Stress free way to arrive in Reykjavik
There are so many taxi companies out there but friends, who had previously visited Reykjavík, recommended this one after a positive experience. Communication through the booking experience was great. I had cause to amend the number of passengers at one point after I'd booked, and this was updated quickly and a partial refund issued. Raja was our driver on the day, he was in contact with us as we queued at passport control and then waiting for us in the arrival hall. After a smooth transfer to the vehicle outside, we were quickly on our way with drop off right outside our Airbnb. Should we be back in Iceland again (I very much hope so), I'd certainly use this service again and would happily recommend the company.
