Weather Conditions:

In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, natural occurrences, or force majeure situations that could jeopardize the transfer, we reserve the right to cancel the service. Booking Changes:

Cancellation and Refunds:
While we aim to provide the best service possible, we understand that cancellations may sometimes be necessary. Please note that our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled transfer will receive a 90% refund.
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the transfer will receive a 50% refund. This includes bookings made within 48 hours of the transfer.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the transfer, including bookings made within 24 hours of the ride, are non-refundable.
“No shows” will not be eligible for refunds.
In the unlikely event of a flight cancellation due to a volcanic eruption or adverse weather forecast, a full refund will be issued to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
