Our driver was friendly, courteous, and made the journey from the hotel to the airport completely stress-free. Verified Excellent transfer; even with street closures due to festival, the transfer was able to get to us and was quite a nice ride to KEF. George and the Airport Taxi Transfer team did an excellent job communicating and gave a nice ride from Reykjavík city center to the airport.

Verified Superior customer service!!! I can't say enough about Viator and the ship to airport experience! It was our first trip to Iceland and our first cruise. We were very worried about getting to the airport on time for our early flight, and our driver (so sad I can't remember his name) was right there with a sign and right on time! It took such a lot of worry away from that part of the trip. He helped with our luggage and was a great driver. Unfortunately, I left my cellphone wallet in his car but between him and calls to the operator, I got it back without having a heart attack. I know it was very inconvenient for both of them, but they did it with such kindness and grace. The airport was crazy busy after the eclipse, and he still managed to be where I could see him. A genuinely good man. It would have been very difficult to replace everything in that cellphone wallet + the cellphone itself.

Verified Raja was a great driver and knowledgeable about Iceland on our drive to the hotel. Pick up was great and he contacted us on WhatsApp. Easy to find as you leave the baggage area and waiting for collection. Very good - we’ve been before and used the flybus which is fun but we just didn’t fancy the swapping / mid point bus transfer this time. This was a great option for us!

Verified Stress free way to arrive in Reykjavik There are so many taxi companies out there but friends, who had previously visited Reykjavík, recommended this one after a positive experience. Communication through the booking experience was great. I had cause to amend the number of passengers at one point after I'd booked, and this was updated quickly and a partial refund issued. Raja was our driver on the day, he was in contact with us as we queued at passport control and then waiting for us in the arrival hall. After a smooth transfer to the vehicle outside, we were quickly on our way with drop off right outside our Airbnb. Should we be back in Iceland again (I very much hope so), I'd certainly use this service again and would happily recommend the company.

Verified Such a nice drive to hotel This was a great way to get to our hotel from the airport, Our driver went up and above helping with our luggage and carried my back down 2 flights of stairs because our hotel was on a one way street, witch cars were not allowed to drive on. We were check in and on our sights seeing tour within and hour after landing. Such a nice fast way to get to our hotel
